We are looking for a Security Project Manager to manage all premises and moving convoys’ security operations and security teams, providing mentorship and guidance while ensuring all Company policies and procedures are being followed; His/her main roles and responsibilities include reporting to the Operation Manager directly, developing company policies, monitoring compliance, and overseeing projects and budgets.
Tasks and Duties
- Rresponsible, on behalf of the company for the security set up and tasks provided by serving as a central contact point between the company and the client’s instructions and requests.
- Manage all security-related operational matters of the mission or property and its events. This includes managing supervisory providing effective leadership and guidance during any major crisis/incidents.
- Manage and coordinate static and mobile security guarding operations and personnel; Organize shifts and prepare a detailed duty roaster of both planned and actual presences.
- Support leadership with the implementation and execution of strategic goals to deliver guest service using feedback and data with a proactive approach; manage the delivery and measurement of service consistent with the client’s core service standards.
- Ensure policies/procedures and compliance standards are followed/maintained. Maintain knowledge of company internal controls, policies, regulations and procedures.
- Analyzing data regarding threat levels and tactical security situations in Tripoli and throughout the country.
- Ensure delivery of quality services; regulatory compliance, communicate and operations efficiently and effectively to achieve service and department objectives.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements
- Holder of an EU passport:
- No less than 5-6 years related work experience;
- Thorough knowledge of the country’s security environment with recent experience in Libya:
- Excellent knowledge of English language; Local/Arabic would be an asset;
- Experience of at least 6 months in contract management, implementation, quality control and reporting;
- Experience of at least 6 months in Human Resources, Financial and Operations Management;
- Solid military or police background;
- Valid EU driving license, certified as armored vehicle trained is an advantage;
- Excellent health, mental and physical condition, attested by a medical certificate
