Our specialized security services focus on our clients' most critical issues and needs. ​We work on strategy, our High and Low Profile PSD and Static Security Services include all aspects of equipping, pre-planning, execution and debriefing. We incorporate these systems with proper management and frequent re-engineering strategies in order to overcome and minimize the current threat. We only employ personnel accustomed to working in austere environment. We support our operations with well prepared and tested Standing Operational Procedures and Standing Working Orders. Our systems include such elements as proper Intelligence Technology, Current Threat updates, Most Modern and tested Tracking Systems and Management Information Systems as to manage and control operations more effectively. 

REQUIREMENT

We are looking for a competent Security manager to organize and oversee all security operations of one of our projects. Security personnel will be under your command while you develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards.

As security manager, you will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills. You will need a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety. Since you will have a number of people under your responsibility, you must also exhibit leadership skills.

The goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
  • Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
  • Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
  • Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
  • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
  • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
  • Review reports on incidents and breaches
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Create reports for management on security status
  • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)

Security Manager Requirements:

  • BSc. degree.
  • State-prescribed security training, licensing, and registration 
  • At least 8 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience in preventing illegal activity and performing access control.
  • In-depth knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipment.
  • Knowledge of security industry regulations.
  • Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threats.
  • Superb leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours.
