Primary Function
Manages all aspects of Response Force (RF) elements’ mission readiness and their ability to rapidly respond to threats throughout Balad AB while ensuring teams are prepared to conduct unilateral and combined operations with Host Nation RF elements, and are prepared to assist emergency services. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.

Responsibilities
Assist the Security Operations Manager and Deputy Security Operations Manager with security operations.
Manage assigned international security response forces to maintain base perimeter security and armed response.
Review, revise, author and assist in the development of security SOPs, policies, risk assessments and other operational documents as assigned.
Implement security policies, procedures and requirements in accordance with PWS, Base Defense Plan, PSC1/ISO 18788 and other directives as issued.
Act in accordance with and enforce all applicable policies, rules, regulations and laws of Host Nation and US governments, and Corporate, Program and Security management offices.
Assist in the development and implementation of integrated base defense strategies.
Ensure all assigned personnel are qualified and trained on assigned weapon systems per policy.
Ensure administrative duties such as employee timecards, duty rosters, required training records and others as assigned are completed appropriately.
Plan and direct OJT with counterpart Host Nation military security forces.
Other duties as assigned by the Security Operations Manager or Deputy Security Operations Manager.
Job Requirements
Must be a US national
Fluency in spoken and written English
High school diploma required
Highly computer literate, including MS Office Suite
Experience with electronic security systems, static guard force operations with integrated towers and K9 support, and entry control point procedures highly preferred.
Experience with successful PSC1/ISO 18788 certification efforts highly preferred.
Resume must illustrate leadership experience in security force management of 30 or more assigned security personnel and include management of independently operating teams.
Resume must describe experience that shows the ability to lead teams with international team members towards common goals.
Resume must define 10 years’ experience working in security management/leadership roles while assigned to a Private Security Company, US Government Agency, US Military Combat Arms MOS (11/18 preferred), US Law Enforcement or a combination thereof.
Resume must define 5 years’ experience in security leadership roles while assigned in any of the following countries: Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Israel highly preferred.
Experience mentoring, training, advising or teaching foreign military, government, or law enforcement highly preferred.
Good people skills, communications skills and ability to create and maintain positive working relationships.
Excellent eye for detail and strict adherence to approved processes and procedures.
