JOB REQUIREMENT
We are seeking professional, and ambitious Security officers to work in the Northamptonshire region. You will be expected to protect our customers sites and assets. You will be a visual deterrent on site, to help prevent any theft, damage or other illegal activities that could take place Your duties would include but are not limited to; liaising with our 24 hours control room and completing hourly external patrols It is essential that you can complete reports in a timely fashion, communication is key This position would be suitable for someone who can be flexible to the business needs and who wishes to develop their skills within the security industry You can expect to be on a rolling shift pattern of 4on, 4off.

**Key Responsibilities** - Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points - Always prevent loss and damage to client sites by reporting irregularities and staying vigilant - Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances, report all findings - Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard - including reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty - Ensure risk assessment and assignment instructions are followed at all times to meet the customer requirements - To be able to communicate at a high level at all times (remember you’re the face of the company) - You must at all times conduct yourself in a manner which brings credit to the company and take appropriate care of all equipment and uniform issued - You must ensure you attend sites in full, clean uniform and present yourself in a professional manner (Uniform will be issued upon induction) - To assist in training new security officers in all aspects of their job if required - You may also need to attend training courses, as instructed by the management team or the customers. - You will be responsible for ensuring you are fully aware and understand the health and safety policy of both the company and the site you are working on. - To take effective action in an emergency and co-operate fully with the relevant services - Carry out any other Duties of a reasonable request by the client - To be able to complete essentials in-house training provided by the client as well as the company.
