Situational Awareness Team (SAT)
Position: Team Members SAT
Nationality: Local National: Pashto/Dari and English speaking
language level (ELL) – Beginner)
Security Clearance: Background check
Role
The Team Member SAT (SAT TM) is responsible for assisting in the gathering of information
including:
1. gauging atmospherics in Kabul and other population centres
2. gathering critical requests for information requirements and
3. provide real time intelligence and support to mobile team operations.
Skills and Experience
The SAT TM must have:
a) at least of one (1) years; previous in country experience in
reconnaissance and/or surveillance operations or other relevant
experience
b) detailed knowledge of the security environment in Kabul and
surrounding areas
c) fluency in Pashto/Dari (Afghanistan dialect).
Desirable
a) previous experience working in a diplomatic environment.
