The New York Division of a leading security and close protection company is looking for military veterans and experienced law enforcement candidates to join our NY metro area Elite program. Please apply with full profile and resume.
We are looking to fill locations in the Long Island area. Must be a Veteran and have a current Armed NY state license to apply. Physical assessment is required.
Individuals must have successfully completed a law-enforcement training program and have at least 6 years (10 years if Armed) of experience in U.S. Military/Federal/State/City Law Enforcement Agency (combat experience = time x 2).
General requirements
Must have or have had arrest authority while a certified Law Enforcement Officer.
• Demonstrate exceptional results in a Upscale Security Professional role, including managing logistics, advancing locations, secure transportation, as well as public appearances.
• Professional and positive communication style.
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to various work-paces while always maintaining a high-level of attentiveness and energy.
• Exercise sound operational judgment, as well as flexibility to shifting priorities and challenges.
• Drug free; associates are required to participate in ongoing drug screenings for the duration of their employment.
Physical requirements
Candidates must at least meet minimum physical requirements to be considered for this opening:
• Confident swimmer
• 1.5 Miles in 12:00 minutes or less
• 45 Push Ups in 1 Minute
• 45 Sit ups in 1 Minute
• Must be able to carry a 120 pound sandbag up two flights of stairs
• Fit appearance
• No Visible Tattoos below the wrist bone or above the collar
• Must complete our Training Program conducted by former FLETC instructors
