Security Control Room Manager (EMEA)
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Reading
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)

 

This role presents the opportunity to manage the security operations at a state of the art control room in Reading. You will lead a team of operators dedicated to delivering an EMEA wide control room service. This will include the remote monitoring of CCTV and the administration of access control and security systems.

Applicants must have previous experience of working in a demanding control room environment with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.

 

 

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience managing a busy multi-functional Control Room
  • A strong knowledge of control room practice including Data Protection
  • Proven management and leadership skills
  • SIA license holder

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of a busy Control Room containing technology such as: CCTV, Access Control systems, Fire Panels, Alarm Receiving equipment.
  • Management of a team of control room operators
  • Ensure a customer focused service delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Produce regular reports for senior management and clients
  • Conduct 121’s with staff highlighting areas for training and development
