Corporate Security Manager
Salary: £47,500 + Bonus
Location: Central London
Hours: Monday to Friday

 

Are you an ambitious security professional with a talent for people management? Would you like to join a high performing corporate security team at a high-profile corporate location?

This role will see you provide operational leadership to a dedicated security team.  Prior experience of managing security teams in a corporate environment is essential.

 

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience managing the delivery of operational security at a corporate (or similar high-profile) site
  • An experienced people manager with the ability to lead and develop staff
  • Proven experience managing large teams (20+)
  • Experience implementing security strategy and policy
  • A passion for service excellence
  • Experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • SIA License holder

 

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the delivery of site security
  • Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development
  • Staff training and development
  • Incident management and response
  • Safeguarding of various assets to include people, buildings and information
  • Assist with the strategic planning of the security function
  • Oversee the delivery of control room services
  • Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.
  • Undertake risk assessments
  • Liaise with emergency services when required
  • Management of control room services
  • Management of 3rd party suppliers
